Math Course Placement

• MAT 114: ACT Math score of at least 23 (540 SAT) and at least 4 years of high school math, including 2 years of Algebra with at least B's
• MAT 121: ACT Math score of at least 22 (540 SAT) and at least 4 years of high school math, including 2 years of Algebra with at least B's
• MAT 122: ACT Math score of at least 24 (540 SAT) and at least 4 years of high school math, including 2 years of Algebra and some Pre-Calculus with at least B's
• MAT 124: ACT Math score of at least 25 (27 preferred) (600 SAT) and at least 4 years of high school math, including a pre-calculus or trigonometry course with a grade of at least a B

Preparatory Math Courses

• MAT 090 Intermediate Algebra: ACT Math score of 18 or less (400 SAT) indicates placement in this 2 credit hour course.  Note: only 2 credits in 090 courses may be counted toward graduation requirement of 122 hours.
• MAT 111 College Algebra: ACT Math score between 19 and 23 (410530 SAT) and at least 2 years of high school Algebra with at least C's
