The Business Office:
Seniors meet with the Business Office to check the status of their student account balance. For those students who have a Perkins Loan, they will be able to schedule their Perkins Exit Interview, a loan counseling session that they must complete prior to graduation
The Registrar’s Office:
Students will meet for a final check with the Registrar to make sure all academic and degree requirements have been completed before Graduation.
Career Development:
Seniors can meet with representatives from the Center for Career Development to get information and tips on job searching and applying to graduate school.  They can also learn about registering with Columns CareerLink, Westminster's online job data base.  Seniors can also set individual appointments to meet with Career Development staff to develop a personalized action plan for their post-graduation plans.
Graduation Tickets:
Each graduating senior will pick up his/her graduation tickets at Senior Salute.  At this time, we estimate that each student will receive a set of 4 tickets for Champ Auditorium.  Also at Senior Salute, students will have the opportunity to sign up on a waiting list for additional tickets.
Herff Jones:

Caps and gowns that were ordered online through the Herff Jones website will be distributed at Senior Salute.  However, if a student’s account balance has not been cleared with the Business Office, he/she will not be able to pick up the cap and gown at this time.  He/she will need to work with the Business Office to resolve the issue before the cap and gown is released.
Alumni Association:

At this station, soon-to-be graduates will learn about the Westminster Alumni Association and will take their first steps in the transition toward life as alumni.  Senior will hear about the incredibly diverse ways that they can stay involved with the College after they walk through the Columns on Graduation Day.

Senior Class:
Students will get details from Senior Class Officers about upcoming events like the Senior Dinner.  They will also get information on voting for Faculty of the Year award which will be presented during the Commencement Ceremony.
The Development Office and the Westminster Fund:
Graduates will have the opportunity to learn about the 2011 Senior Class Gift campaign.  They will also hear about how they can one-day contribute to the long-term success of Westminster by financially supporting the College.
