The Music Program at Westminster is dedicated to providing opportunities for all students to explore their creative performance talents.  Students may participate in a wide variety of performance ensembles as well as individual study and performance of a variety of music styles and genres. 

Students may participate in many performance ensembles including the "Westminster Chamber Singers" and "Sublime Harmony" a male ensemble.  Private instruction in voice, piano, guitar, and symphonic instrumental are available and can be arranged through the Director of Music.   

Each credit hour in private instruction involves a one-half hour lesson per week and is individual lesson time with an instructor.  The department offers a music minor program of study as well as a self-designed music major for those interested in the theory and history of music as well as performance in their own area of expertise.
