Leigh Ann is the daughter of Mike and Shelly Lutz and has four siblings: Jacqueline (23), Leo (20), Jerry (18) and Elizabeth (14). She is majoring in biology and exercise science. After graduation, she plans to attend Physician Assistant School.

Junior Year
Leigh Ann inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society. She was placed on the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 Dean's List, and made the SLIAC Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year
Leigh Ann was placed on the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 Dean's List, and made the SLIAC Academic All-Conference Team.

Freshman Year
Leigh Ann was placed on the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 Dean's List.

Leigh Ann was Salutatorian. 

Athletic Accomplishments
Junior Year
During the 2012 Holiday for Hoops Classic at Ohio Wesleyan, Leigh Ann was named to the All-Tournament Team. She was placed on the SLIAC All-Conference First Team and the SLIAC All-Tournament Team. Leigh Ann broke the season record for 3-point field goals, hitting 75 out of 202. She joined the 1,000 point club, finishing her junior year with 1,013 career points. She led the team with 395 points and an average of 14.1 points per game.

Sophomore Year
Leigh Ann started in all 27 games. She ranked second on the team with 321 points (2 shy of first). She was second on the team with 64 assists. She concluded the season with a 36.6 percentage (104-282) from the field and a 77.6 percentage from the foul line. Leigh Ann earned a spot on the Second Team All-SLIAC.

Freshman Year
Leigh Ann appeared in all 26 games including three starts. She ranked second on the team for points with 297 and for assists with 64. She concluded the season with a 41.5 percentage from the field and a 77.4 percentage (41-53) from the foul line.

California High School 
Leigh Ann made the All-Conference team and Tri-County Conference MVP three times. She also made the All-State team twice. Her team won 4th in state during her junior year of high school ('08-'09).  Leigh Ann’s team also broke the school record for most wins in the school’s history that year.  Her record for most steals in her high school career was 12.

Why Westminster?
"I believed Coach Braden was leading the program in the right direction and saw the opportunity to be a part of something special. I wanted to attend a small school and I knew Westminster would prepare me academically for a career in medicine."
