Leigh Ann earned a spot on the Second Team All-SLIAC (2011-12). During the 2012 Holiday for Hoops Classic at Ohio Wesleyan, she was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Leigh Ann made the All-Conference team and Tri-County Conference MVP three times. She also made the All-State team twice. Her team won 4th in state during her junior year of high school ('08-'09).  Leigh Ann’s team also broke the school record for most wins in the school’s history that year.  Her record for most steals in her high school career was 12.
