Head Coach Jen Dyson
Jen Dyson joined the Westminster College athletic staff as the head women’s soccer coach and physical education instructor in 2009.
Dyson holds a 24-58-1 record at Westminster throughout her five years as head coach.
Dyson served as a graduate assistant women’s soccer coach at Drury University during 2007-09 while she completed her graduate degree in Middle School Education. She also has extensive coaching experience on the club level.
Dyson is a 2006 graduate of Drury, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She played collegiately at Drury and appeared in 73 matches during her career.
Coach Dyson is married to Westminster tennis coach Dave Dyson. They live in Millersburg with their two daughters, Breklin and Maylie. Milestone Wins At Westminster

Assistant Coach Kevin Roderique
Kevin joined the Westminster athletic staff as a women's assistant soccer coach in the spring of 2014. He comes to Westminster with an extensive background in soccer.
Kevin has been coaching at the club level since 2007. He has successfully placed over 50 athletes into the collegiate soccer level. He has coached two top ten ranked teams in the past two years and has lead teams to a Missouri State Semi-Final and two Missouri State Quarter-Finals. In 1999, he coached the U16 boys State Champions.
Prior to coaching at the club level, Kevin assisted the men's soccer team at Columbia College (2002-07) and Lindenwood (1998-99). He was also the head JV men's soccer coach at Lindenwood. While at Columbia, his team won the 2003 NAIA National Tournament, the 2002, 2003 and 2004 AMC Conference and coached 7 All-Americans. While at Lindenwood, he helped coach the team to five consecutive NAIA Tournament appearances. The team was HAAC Conference Champions in 1998 and 1999.
Kevin was a member of the 1996 and 1997 Lindenwood University team and was named to the Honorable Mention All-American Team, the First Team All-Region, and the First Team All-HAAC. He held the single regular season goals record and finished his career with a 30-15-0 record. Prior to Lindenwood, he played at Lewis & Clark CC and was named to the Honorable Mention All-American Team, the First Team All-Region and the First Team All-Conference. In high school, Kevin was a three time Missouri State Champion (1991, 1993, 1994) and was named to the First Team All-State, First Team All Western-Missouri and First Team All-Metro.
Kevin lives in Columbia with his wife, Jenny, and his two daughters, Adia and Evie.
