Katie graduated high school with a cumulative 4.0 GPA and was ranked first in her class of 298 students. Katie was the valedictorian at her school. She was AP Scholar and Oklahoma Academic Scholar of 2012. Katie was a part of the National Honors Society in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2012 Katie was also the Masonic Student of Today.
Athletics
At Norman High School...
In 2012 Katie was Oklahoma Soccer Coaches Association All State Selection 6A and was Norman's Athletic Association Outstanding Spring Athlete Award. She was an All State Soccer Player in 2012. Katie received a four year varsity letter award in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. She was captain of the team in 2011 and 2012 and defensive captain 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2011 and 2012 Katie was awarded defensive MVP. Katie was all conference in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and in 2010 she was all city honorable mention.
