Email Coach Tobey

Dave Tobey joined the Westminster College athletic department staff as men’s and women’s cross country and track coach in the fall of 2008.

Tobey came to Westminster with over 25 years experience coaching high school and college cross country and track. Tobey coached boys cross country at Parkway West High School in St. Louis, where he compiled a winning record, won a pair of conference titles, and coached an individual state champion. He previously coached at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) in Springfield, and also at Kickapoo and Central High Schools, where he coached five individual state champions.

A member of the Missouri Track and Cross Country Coaches Association and the National Federation of High School Coaches Association, Tobey received his Bachelor of Science degree in education from Southwest Missouri in 1981 and he recently completed his Master of Education degree from William Woods University.
