The Wellness Center Staff

Executive Director Wellness Center
Dr Kasi Lacey
Kasi N. Lacey ,  PhD. is the Executive Director of The Wellness Center and Assistant Professor. Dr. Lacey received her counseling psychology doctoral degree from Texas Tech University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a licensed psychologist in the State of Missouri. She has worked in various settings including a community mental health agency, a cancer center hospital, a student counseling center, a psychology clinic, and the TTU psychology department. She is very involved on campus including her role as faculty advisor to Phi Delta Theta fraternity and the Remley Women’s Center interns. Kasi is also involved in the local community, currently serving as President of the board of CARDV (Coalition Against Rape and Domestic Violence). Her research and clinical interests include: sexual assault and trauma, grief, couples/relationships, multicultural/identity concerns, health concerns, positive psychology, and supervision of trainees. Kasi lives in Fulton with her husband, Ryan Lacey.

Health Clinic Coordinator
Jackie Pritchett is the Clinic Coordinator for The Wellness Center. She brings 15 years of professional administrative experience to Westminster. Jackie is an active member of Southside Baptist Church and enjoys her participation in the community choir, The Callaway Singers. Jackie and her husband Ken live in Fulton. Their daughter Jayme lives and works in Michigan, while their son Todd lives in Fulton. They have both stayed with her family's tradition of working in the nuclear industry. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Jackie enjoys reading, attending various musical venues, and expanding her historical knowledge through research and travel. She also enjoys vacationing on beautiful beaches.

Nurse Practitioner
The Wellness Center contracts with Fulton Medical Clinic which is a part of Callaway Community Hospital for a nurse practitioner. A nurse practitioner is available during business hours and when school is in session in The Wellness Center M-F 8:30-4:30 to service the health needs of our students. The nurse practitioner from Fulton Medical Clinic is approved by the Executive Director and Clinic Coordinator to ensure they fit with Westminster College and The Wellness Center's mission and are a fit for the unique needs of our students.

Administrative Assistant
Alan Nellis is the Administrative Assistant for The Wellness Center. He worked in the mental health field for over 30 years, including 25 years at Fulton State Hospital. He obtained a degree in Music Performance and is an active professional musician, performing with the Missouri Symphony Orchestra and in many other classical, jazz and pop venues. Alan lives in Fulton. He and his wife enjoy traveling, visiting their family, and continuing to learn. He looks forward to meeting students and assisting them.

Anne Rulo, LMFT, LPC is a full-time counselor at the Wellness Center. She received her Master's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Stephens College. She enjoys spending time with family and lives in Jefferson City with her husband Tim and son Caleb and daughter Charlotte.

Kelly Famuliner, MSW, LCSW, is a part-time counselor at The Wellness Center. She has her Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri. Kelly studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she took an active role in several campus organizations which served as the impetus for her excitement and passion in working with college students. Kelly's main clinical interests include stress and anxiety management, strengths-based counseling, the use of cognitive behavioral techniques, and interdisciplinary, client-centered treatment. Kelly enjoys entertaining family and friends, traveling, running, art projects, and most of all, spending time with her husband, Ryan and their daughter.

Practicum Counselors
Joanna Foss is currently a Doctoral student in Counseling Psychology with a subspecialty in Sports Psychology at the University of Missouri. She earned her Masters of Arts in Sports and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College, where she played collegiate volleyball. Outside of school, Joanna enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends. 

Beth Hunt is currently a Doctoral student in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in cross cultural adjustment issues, trauma, and addictive behaviors at the University of Missouri. She recieved her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology at MU and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, live music, traveling, and yoga. 

Registered Dietician
Amanda Stevens, MEd, RD, LD, is the part-time registered dietician and a full-time faculty member. She has a Master's Degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a registered and licensed dietitian. Amanda's professional interests are nutritional counseling and wellness education. She hopes to inspire others towards healthy lifestyle changes.
