"I caught the travel bug after I spent the summer of my freshman year in high school traveling around Turkey with a friend and her family. Since then, I've had some amazing travel experiences, including befriending a Greek Orthodox nun in Siatista, eating grasshoppers and climbing pyramids in Mexico, and spending a year living and studying in Spain. Living abroad gave me the unique opportunity to work towards my life-long goal of being a fluent hispanohablante while also satisfying my anthropological curiosity for foreign cultures." -Sam

"My first opportunity to travel abroad was a life-changing mission trip to Belize. Another couple of Belize trips and a week in Paris with my dad really set the wheels in motion.... While studying at the University of Winchester, not only was I learning in the classroom, but everywhere I went, I made amazing friends, and I even got the chance to play football (soccer). I am excited to be able to encourage other students to take advantage of studying abroad!" -Lauren
