- All appliances have been installed and furniture has been delivered
All bedroom furnishings have been delivered
We're almost ready for MOVE-IN WEEKEND!!

Exterior Site Work:
- Curb and guttering and light bases for parking lot poured and soon ready for asphalt paving.
- Sidewalk north of building Oak installed.
- Modular block retaining wall on south end of building Cedar installed.

Buildings: Oak and Maple - Exterior front porch columns installed.
- Dishwashers installed and stoves arriving on site.

- Primer coat on all interior walls completed.
- Exterior fully prepared for brick work to begin.

- Interior doors and hardware installed
- Furnaces and water heaters set.
- Plank flooring installed in common areas.
- Kitchen cabinets installed.
- Light fixtures installed.
- Ceramic tile in bathrooms completed

- Interior paint underway
