Westminster students must register their motor vehicles within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival in Fulton whether they reside on or off campus. Complete the Vehicle Registration form to receive a parking decal at the Plant Operations Department (located at the corner of 7th Street & Hickman Avenue). Upon registration, students will receive a parking permit which must be affixed and clearly visible on the inside bottom right of the front windshield. A $50.00 annual parking fee is charged to the student account receivable at the rate of $25.00 per semester. Replacement and/or temporary permits are also available and obtained through the Plant Operations Department.
