Beta Theta Pi
Fraternity House
The Alpha Delta Chapter of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity will have a new home in Fall 2008. The project began last summer with the demolition of the existing house, built in 1927. While the exterior will mirror the existing house, the interior will feature a significantly different design and will provide rooms for 40 members, a kitchen and dining room, social and study space, a house director's apartment and a chapter room.

New Quad Residence Hall
To accomodate growing enrollments, a new residence hall will be constructed on the site of Robertson Dining Hall, which was razed last summer. The hall will add 70 new beds in suite-style living to allow a freshman class of 270 students to reside in the Quad together. The hall will also feature a commons area designed to serve all students living in the Quad. The commons area will feature a fireplace, plenty of soft seating, a large deck and balcony, a public kitchen, and a small study room.
The new facility, yet to be named, is scheduled to open for the incoming freshman class in Fall 2008.
