Blue Jay Men Snap Home Losing Streak With SLIAC Win

Fulton, Mo. – The Westminster College men snapped a two-game home losing streak with a 76-52 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory over Principia College Tuesday.

The Blue Jays (9-9, 5-4 SLIAC) jumped in front early and held a 42-27 advantage at halftime. Junior Joe Prophet (Jefferson City, Mo./Jefferson City) led Westminster with 12 points and nine rebounds. Senior Kelsey Weymuth (Cole Camp, Mo./Cole Camp) finished with 10 points and six rebounds in a game in which 15 players played and scored. Damon Wilgus scored a game-high 17 points for Principia (0-16, 0-9 SLIAC).
