Fulton, Mo. – Sarah Koestner, a Westminster College sophomore cross country runner from Lohman, Mo. (Russellville), has been named St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for September 6-11. Koestner finished eighth with the top NCAA Division III time and a personal best 4K time of 15:54 at the Central Missouri Mule Run this past Friday in Warrensburg. This is the second runner of the week award for Koestner in her career.
