Former Westminster Blue Jays Roaming The Sidelines

Athletic News - Football

Fulton, Mo. - Early in its long-storied history, a Westminster College education was geared to prepare men for careers in the medical profession and the clergy. As times changed, the curriculum broadened and graduates also were placed in the legal profession and business. More recently, Westminster has broadened its academic delivery with many graduates going into the education field.

Not surprisingly, many former Blue Jay student-athletes have gone into education, and subsequently physical education and coaching. While the current research is not comprehensive, more than 25 former Westminster football players have completed their degrees and are coaching football in Missouri high schools or elsewhere.

We are currently requesting information on Westminster graduates who are working in athletics or coaching in all sports on the youth, high school or college levels. Email alumni@westminster-mo.edu
