Kurt JeffersonDr. Kurt Jefferson has accepted the position of the Director of the CEW, starting in Fall 2010.  

Jefferson has been teaching at Westminster since 1993 and has been very active in international initiatives.  He has served on the International Studies Advisory Committee, was active in the Title VI grant that the College received in the late 1990’s, has been instrumental in planning the Symposium on Democracy, has been the coordinator of Model U.N. for several years, and has taught numerous courses related to world affairs. 

Recently, Jefferson has been a visiting professor at the ICN Business School in Nancy, France, and he was one of only 12 scholars chosen to participate in a prestigious seminar on Islam and Middle Eastern Culture in Amman, Jordan, last month.
