Peery And Pingel Have NCAA All-Division Records Broken

Fulton, Mo. – During their four-year football careers at Westminster College, Justin Peery and Scott Pingel combined to establish or break more than 40 NCAA All-Division and Division III records. Ironically, each of them had an NCAA All-Division career record broken this past Saturday.
Monmouth College’s Alex Tanney threw three touchdown passes in his team’s 69-14 win at Carroll College Saturday to surpass Peery’s record of 148 career touchdown passes and establish a new record of 150. Dubuque University’s Mike Zweifel caught 15 passes in his team’s 45-0 home win over Luther College to surpass Pingel’s record of 436 career receptions and establish a new record of 440.
