The Dean’s List recognizes those Westminster students who have shown high academic performance during the past semester.  To be included on the Dean’s List, a student must have a 3.60 semester grade point average with at least 12 hours completed that semester.

The Dean’s List for the Spring 2009 semester included 173 women and 134 men.  Among the honorees were 53 freshmen, 49 sophomores, 71 juniors and 134 seniors.  There were 57 international students on the list.

“On behalf of all of us in the Westminster College community, I want to congratulate these students who so richly deserve to be recognized for their academic achievements,” says Westminster President Dr. George B. Forsythe.  “These young people who have distinguished themselves represent what we do best at Westminster—prepare the kind of strong leaders that will make their mark through lives of success, significance and service.”
