The Dean’s List recognizes those Westminster students who have shown high academic performance during the past semester.  To be included on the Dean’s List, a student must have a 3.60 semester grade point average with at least 12 hours completed that semester.

The Dean’s List for the Spring 2008 semester included 144 women and 122 men.  Among the honorees were 35 freshmen, 63 sophomores, 53 juniors and 115 seniors.  Thirty-seven international students received this high honor.

“I want to offer my congratulations to this select group of students who are being recognized for their superlative record of academic excellence this semester,” says Dr. George B. Forsythe, President of Westminster.  “The hallmark of a liberal arts education is leadership development.  These students have distinguished themselves as the type of academic leaders that our society needs and our future demands.”
