Westminster's Tolson Leads The Nation From Long Range

Westminster College's Skylar Tolson has been a part of back-to-back St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's basketball championship teams in his first two years of college basketball. Now, Tolson is an NCAA Division III national statistics champion.

Tolson, a sophomore guard from Columbia, Missouri (Rock Bridge High School), led the nation in three-point field goal percentage during the 2010-11 season, shooting 50 percent (69-of-138) from long range. Tolson shared the honor with junior Tom Gisler of Northwestern College (Minn.) who shot 50 percent (73-of-146).
