The 2012 Blue Jays placed third in the SLIAC, taking them to the conference tournament.  The Blue Jays lost in the Championship game to Webster University.  The Blue Jays are graduating three seniors: Chad Miller, Adam Ross and Frank Bowman.  The team was led by juniors RJ Moore and Michael McDonough, each with five goals and three assists.

Overall Record: 10-7-2
SLIAC Record/Finish: 6-2/ 3rd
