 Conference Presentations

  • Fon Komkai and Felipe Cordero were selected as delegates to the Global Engagement Summit in April 2008 at Northwestern University in Chicago.  Komkai also presented her development project “Micro-finance for local community women in Nepal.” 
     
  • Sharad Paudyal, Clayton Jordan, Scott Oldebeken, Jennifer Roehrs and Erin Green presented a scientific poster at the American Association of Anatomists Meeting in San Diego, CA.
     
  • Mark Alexander, Paul Mathis, Woonyeon Yoo, Jared Fallon and Elrico Bok presented posters at the 2008 Consortium for Computing Science in College Central Plains Conference.
     
  • Bambi Cheva-Isarakul and Ashton Ellett presented papers at Alpha Chi's Region IV Conference.
     
  • Amy Fluker, Nathaniel Weber, Adam Coward and Ashton Ellett delivered papers at the Midwest Regional Phi Alpha Theta Meeting.

  • “Emotion Affects Perception: Is There Mood Congruence in a Visual Search Task?” - Stephen Long.  This paper received a third place award in the session.
