Public Policy in the Nation's Capital, Washington, DC

The Emerson Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to learn about the political system through direct exposure to public and private sector roles in public policy development. Sponsored by the Emerson Endowment at Westminster College, the Fellowship is a three month summer experience in Washington DC. The Emerson Fellow earns three college credit hours and is awarded a stipend of $3,000. The Fellowship is open to all students of junior class standing with majors in any discipline, field or profession.

The application process for the 2008 Fellowship is now open. Applications are due on November 2nd. Students are strongly encourage to send in their applications over email or submitted on a cd-rom.
Come to one of the two information sessions hosted by Steven about his experience as the Emeson Fellow. They will take place on 10/23 and 10/25 both in Hazel 112 at 11:30 - 12:20
