Part of a student's four-year success plan is to explore majors and careers.

Professional staff are available to meet individually with students to discuss any issues related to career development. Students often seek assistance in the following areas: 
-selecting a major
-developing a focus within a particular career field

Several career assessments are available for students to take and are often used in conjunction with meeting with a career counselor. Costs of these assessments range from no charge to a minimal fee. Some of the assessments include:

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator  Myers-Briggs Type Inventory

 Strong Interest Inventory The Strong Interest Inventory assessment is a powerful tool that can help you make satisfying decisions about your career and education. It can help you identify a career focus and begin your career planning and exploration process.

Focus 2 Career and Education Planning FOCUS-2 (available through MyWC) is an online, self-guided, interactive program designed to help you select the right college major and plan your career based on your personal interests, values, skills, personality, and aspirations.
Cost: Free
