Westminster College has negotiated an affordable and comprehensive health care plan for our students and their dependents.
Students who are US citizens and have health insurance coverage through parents or elsewhere will not be required to buy the College-sponsored plan, but must opt out online before 8/30/09.
NOTE: You will automatically be billed for the insurance premium unless you Opt-Out.

How To Opt-Out
To opt out, the student need only complete the online form providing proof of other health insurance coverage at www.summitamerica-ins.com after April 15, 2009 until August 30, 2009 deadline and at the beginning of each school year thereafter that the students does not need insurance.
- Your student account will automatically be billed until you waive the student health insurance by August 30, 2009. There will be no refunds given after the deadline date.
- If you are unable to complete the online opt-out form for any reason just call 573-592-5361 and leave your name and complete address for us to mail a copy to you.
