How-to Sign Up
Restrictions
Students who desire to live in these apartments must be juniors or seniors as of August 1, 2008.

An "Intent to Rent" form must be signed at the Office of Residential and Greek Life, 327 W. 7th St.  Forms are available beginning March 5, 2008 through March 14, 2008. Everyone in your group must sign the "Intent to Rent" form. This form is an honor-bound agreement that you will sign a lease unless you have compelling reasons preventing you from doing so.

We request that everyone try to group by 2, 3 or 4, but sign up is available to everyone. If you are a group of 2 or 3, you must be willing to accept 1 or 2 roommates(s) respectively. We will try to match desires, within reason. If you are a single, count on being placed with others.

Room Allocation
Room allocation of the apartments will be done by straight seniority.  After sign up has closed on March 14, we will notify you whether or not you received a room/apartment. Students who are selected to live in the apartments will be required to sign a lease in the Business Office, Westminster Hall, Room 104, by April 4. A one-month security deposit ($380) must be paid at the time of signing the lease.

Other Options
