Your friendship family will share with you information about American culture.  You will learn much from them, such as how they live, what they believe, be able to taste their food, learn their customs and other aspects of American life.  Through interaction with them you will improve your English, share your culture and who you are.  You may share food from your culture and invite them to attend cultural events related to your country. These are some ways to have an enriching experience. Entering into it with enthusiasm and a willingness to share, will support a valuable and enjoyable part of your experience in the United States.
