Hasan Ali:
My name is Hasan Hamid Ali. I was born in Baghdad, Iraq. I left Iraq after the war started in 2003, and I got a scholarship to study in Italy. I studied two years in Italy and then I got accepted to Westminster College. I am currently junior majoring in Environmental Science, & Self-design in Biochemistry Informatics. I am Muslim and I have been always interested in religious studies and I would like to keep learning about other religions.
Hannah Domino:
Hello, my name is Hannah Domino and I'm from St. Louis. I am a freshman with an undecided major. I am an outfielder for Westminster's softball team. I have been a practicing Catholic my whole life so I am really excited to be a part of the first Interfaith Advisory board!
Emily Grand:
Hi I'm Emily Grand, and I am currently a junior majoring in Biochemistry and English. In the past three years I've made it my goal to get involved on campus in a variety of ways, which is one of the reasons I was so excited to serve on the new Interfaith Advisory Board. Being the only Jewish student in a high school of 1,200 people certainly had its challenges, but I learned a great deal about what it means to be accepting and respectful towards other religious beliefs. I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to help create a stronger interfaith community on Westminster's campus, especially in the sense of making sure that everyone is able to seek spiritual fulfillment
Karma Gurung:
I come from the high mountain of Nepal. My major is in Biology, and I am a Buddhist.
I like all religions and I believe in love, peace and helping each other!
Hopes, beliefs, and positive thoughts make a better world!
Michael Schulte:
Michael is a sophomore at Westminster. He is double majoring in Middle School Education and Spanish. Michael currently serves as the President of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In his spare time Michael enjoys scuba diving, watching the Cardinals win, and playing pick-up basketball.
