Westminster students must register their motor vehicles within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival in Fulton whether they reside on or off campus. Complete the Vehicle Registration formto receive a parking decal at Hunter Activity Center.Upon registration, students will receive a parking permit which must be affixed and clearly visible on the inside bottom right of the front windshield. A $50.00 annual parking fee is charged to the student account receivable at the rate of $25.00 per semester. Replacement and/or temporary permits are also available and obtained through the Student Life office in Hunter Activity Center. If you do not own a vehicle please fill out a Parking Fee Waiverand return to the Student Life office to avoid receiving the annual parking charges on your student account. The waiver forms must be turned in within the first 7 days of classes.
Students will be held responsible for observing campus parking regulations and any parking fines regardless of who may drive the vehicle. Between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, students are prohibited from parking in areas designated as Faculty/Staff Parking. Vehicles illegally parked or abandoned may be towed at the owner's expense. Students are encouraged to notify Campus Security at 573-592-5555 should they need to park their vehicle on campus for an extended period of time. If a student receives more than three (3) tickets in a semester, the vehicle is subject to towing at the owner's expense. Faculty & Staff
All Westminster faculty and staff must register their motor vehicles with campus Saftey and Security as soon as possible but within seventy-two (72) hours from the time their vehicle arrives on campus. Decals, to be affixed to the lower right hand (passenger) side of the windshield (taping to the windshield is not acceptable), or by placing a Westminster hangtag on the rear view mirror. If you are using a hang tag, it must be visible at all times when parking in Westminster College parking lots. A faculty or staff member may register any number of vehicles. There is no charge to faculty or staff for obtaining a parking hang tag/permit. New hang tags and temporary parking permits may also be obtained at the Office of Campus Saftey and Security. Faculty and staff are responsible for their decals/hang tags and motor vehicles regardless of who uses the vehicle.
Appealing a Parking Ticket
Students, faculty and staff desiring to contest a parking violation must complete the online appeal form within ten (10) days of the violation. Appeals made later than 10 days after the violation will not be considered.

Fines are to be paid at the Business Office in Westminster Hall within ten (10) business days of receiving the ticket or it will be placed on an accounts receivable account. Citations for violations will be left on the windshield of the offending vehicle. If a fine is imposed, the amount will be shown on the citation.
