Transcript Requests

Welcome to Transcript Ordering at Westminster College

Your transcript is an official copy of your permanent academic record at Westminster College.  Although transfer courses may be listed on your Westminster transcript, you must request transfer transcripts directly from the other school or university.  Transcripts may not be requested by phone or e-mail and transcripts will not be released for students with outstanding obligations to Westminster College.  Students who are currently on a financial hold will be notified after the transcript request is received.

Official Transcripts Requested and Sent Electronically by the National Student Clearinghouse:

Westminster College is pleased to offer online transcript ordering and electronic transcript delivery for official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse.  To order your Westminster transcript, please access the National Student Clearinghouse website at:

This ordering service is available seven days per week, 24-hours per day.  Follow the step-by-step directions to place your order with tracking services available after the order is placed.  When ordering your transcript online, please enter all information, including your full name and delivery method.  Electronic transcript processing time is normally 2-3 business days after your request is received.  Please note that transcript requests are not processed after 5:00 p.m. on Monday-Friday, on weekends, or college holidays.  You may use any major credit card for payment and the card will be charged only after your order has been completed.  The charge for official transcripts is $10.00 per copy.  An additional charge of $30.00 will apply for transcripts sent by Express Mail or Fed Express.

Uploading documents to be included with electronic transcripts:

You may upload up to two documents, in PDF format, to attach to your official electronic transcript. You will be prompted to upload your document when placing your order. Acceptable documents may include application forms for graduate school or licensure request form such as LSAC, AMCAS, or LSDAS.

Official Transcripts Requested and Sent by US Mail or Picked Up:

Current and former students may also order and pick up their official transcript in person at the Westminster Registrar’s Office located in Westminster Hall.  Please allow at least 24 hours for transcript processing if you request to pick up your transcript in the Registrar’s Office.  Payment is due at the time of the order and a valid picture ID is required.

If you prefer to order your official transcript via US mail instead of using the Clearinghouse, please click on, Transcript Request Form, to print your transcript request form to be mailed.  Mailed requests must include the written signature of the student.  The request should also include:  student’s full name (printed) at the time they attended, last year of attendance, address where transcript is to be mailed, contact phone number, and payment (credit card number with expiration date and security code, check, or cash).   Official transcript requests received via US mail will be processed within 3 business days.  The charge for each official transcript is $10.00.  There will be a 2.75% convenience fee added to all credit card payments received via US mail or requested in person at the Registrar’s Office.  Additional charges based on delivery location will apply for transcripts sent by Express Mail or Federal Express.

Unofficial Transcripts Picked Up By Current Students or Faxed:

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students through MYWC or for pick-up in the Registrar’s Office.  Unofficial transcripts are only available to former students if the transcript will be faxed.  All faxed transcripts are considered unofficial and will be stamped as Unofficial Transcript.  The charge for faxed transcripts is $4.00 per copy.  All requests for faxed transcripts from former students should be placed directly through Westminster.  Please click on, Transcript Request Form, to print and sign your transcript request form in order to request a faxed transcript.  Former students can fax the signed transcript request form to (573) 592-5217 for faster service.
